VSD operates under the Community Eligibility Program (CEP) which gives all students in the District free meals. Because of this active program, families interested in receiving summer benefits must apply for the SEBT program at sebt.oregon.gov (English) or ebtv.oregon.gov (Spanish).
If you qualify, you will get $120 for each eligible child to spend on food by using an Oregon EBT card to purchase groceries. Applications are accepted until September 2, 2024. The Summer EBT Call Center is open M-F from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PDT - 1 833 673-7328.
Free and Reduced Meal Applications are available at the school office if you are unable to apply online. Online applications are preferred. Free and reduced meal eligibility is maintained with the strictest of confidentiality. If you feel this could be a benefit to you, please complete an application at any time during the school year.
